3D Printing
Include your model or reference, dimensions, quantity and intended use. Mention material, colour, temperature exposure and critical fitting points where relevant.
CAD Design & Prototyping
Explain what you want to develop or improve. Include sketches, measurements, existing parts and the function or fit you want to explore. Tell us whether you need digital files, physical prototypes or both.
Scanning & Laser Work
For scanning, describe the object, its approximate size and the digital output you need. For cutting or engraving, include the material, dimensions, quantity and artwork, plus whether you will supply the items.

01 | Review the requirements
We review your description and any files you provide. If important details are missing, we will ask for the information needed to assess the work.
02 | Confirm the scope
We discuss a suitable approach and prepare a quote for the agreed work. The scope should identify deliverables, quantity, relevant materials or finishing, price and estimated completion time.
03 | Agree before starting
Review the quote and clarify any questions before proceeding. Sending an enquiry does not place an order. Project details and pricing are agreed before work begins.

Before you send your request.
Can I request a quote without a CAD file?
Yes. Send a description, sketches, reference photographs and any measurements you have. We can discuss the design work required and include it in the proposed scope.
Can one quote cover several services?
Yes. Describe the full project, including any design, scanning, prototyping, printing or laser work you need. We can discuss how the stages fit together and identify the agreed deliverables.
What affects the price?
The scope, complexity, size, quantity, material and time required all affect pricing. Design changes, finishing, testing or other additional work must also be considered where relevant.
How soon can the work be completed?
Include your preferred completion date in the enquiry. We will assess it against the project requirements, material availability and current workload, then confirm an estimated completion time with the quote.
How do I send supporting files?
Use the file upload field in the form or email your files to info@verandesign.co.za. Include your name and project description. If a file is too large to email, contact us to arrange a suitable way to share it.
Will an enquiry commit me to an order?
No. An enquiry starts the discussion. You can review the proposed scope and price before deciding whether to proceed.
